Approximately 350 Students and Educators Attend Student Leadership Series Event in Tennessee

An estimated 350 students and educators attended a Student Leadership Series event hosted by Kingsbury High School in Memphis, TN.  USHLI is very grateful for the opportunity to partner with Kingsbury High and bring the Series back to Tennessee.  The USHLI partnership with Kingsbury High was made possible by Latino Memphis, an outstanding community based organization and SLS partner.    The Series featured nationally prominent motivational speaker, Gabe Salazar, who is a favorite among students of all ages from middle school to college.    The SLS is USHLI's flagship youth program. The program is designed to motivate students to improve their academic performance, graduate and pursue some level of post-secondary education.
