Twenty graduating high school seniors and college students will
receive scholarships at the USHLI National Conference, which will be held at the
Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers. One thousand dollar scholarships will be
awarded to each of the 20 recipients. The $20,000 for scholarships are the
result of a partnership between the Ford Blue Oval Scholars program and USHLI's
Dr. Juan Andrade Scholarship for Young Hispanic Leaders. The scholarships will
be awarded during the Educational Achievement Luncheon at 1:15pm on Friday,
February 13.
