An estimated 350 students and educators attended a Student Leadership Series event hosted by Kingsbury High School in Memphis, TN. USHLI is very grateful for the opportunity to partner with Kingsbury High and bring the Series back to Tennessee. The USHLI partnership with Kingsbury High was made possible by Latino Memphis, an outstanding community based organization and SLS partner.
The Series featured nationally prominent motivational speaker, Gabe Salazar, who is a favorite among students of all ages from middle school to college.

Approximately 1,350 Students and Educators Attend Student Leadership Series Events in Oregon |
An estimated 1,352 students and educators attended Student Leadership Series events hosted by Woodburn School District and held at Valor Middle School, French Prairie Middle School, and Woodburn High School in Woodburn, OR. USHLI is very grateful for the opportunity to partner with the three schools and bring the Series back to Oregon. The USHLI partnership with the District was made possible by Benton County District Attorney John Haroldson, the only Latino District Attorney in the state of Oregon.
The Series featured nationally prominent motivational speaker, Gabe Salazar, who is a favorite among students of all ages from middle school to college.

An estimated 825 students and educators attended Student Leadership Series events held at three middle schools in San Antonio, TX. USHLI is very grateful for the opportunity to partner with the San Antonio ISD and bring the Series to Texas.
The Series featured nationally prominent motivational speaker, Gabe Salazar who is a favorite among students of all ages from middle school to college.
The SLS is USHLI's flagship youth program. The program is designed to motivate students to improve their academic performance, graduate and pursue some level of post-secondary education. An estimated 135,489 have been served to date this year in 18 states and Washington, DC.

An estimated 8,195 students and educators attended Student Leadership Series events hosted by Sunnyside School District and Tucson Unified School District held at eight schools in Tucson, AZ. USHLI is very grateful for the opportunity to partner with the two districts and bring the Series back to Tucson.
The Series featured nationally prominent motivational speaker, Gabe Salazar who is a favorite among students of all ages from middle school to college as well as professionals, and Jaime Carias, a specialist in getting parents involved in their children's education from middle school to high school to college.
The SLS is USHLI's flagship youth program. The program is designed to motivate students to improve their academic performance, graduate and pursue some level of post-secondary education. An estimated
134,664 have been served to date this year in 18 states and Washington, DC.

An estimated 1,985 students, parents, and educators attended the 15th Annual Latino Youth Leadership Conference, sponsored by the Latin American Association and co-sponsored by USHLI. The Conference was hosted by The Westminster Schools in Atlanta, GA. The Conference featured nationally prominent motivational speaker, Dr. Victor Rios, a highly regarded speaker and trainer and a favorite among students of all ages from middle school to college as well as professionals. The SLS is USHLI's flagship youth program. The program is designed to motivate students to improve their academic performance, graduate and pursue some level of post-secondary education. An estimated 126,469 have been served to date this year in 18 states and Washington, DC.
